Our Healing Philosophy

Phase 1: The Initial Spark & Eastern Lineages

My journey began with a mind moving too rapidly to track and a quiet realization that something inside needed to change. Seeking inner peace, I took my first step through guided meditation on the Headspace app. That single spark ignited a deeper quest, pulling me outward and inward toward yoga, Reiki, Pranic Healing, and transformative travels across Nepal and India—immersing myself in the sacred traditions of Kathmandu, Rishikesh, and Varanasi.

Phase 2: Integration & Somatic Activations

Returning home, I entered a phase of deep integration. I broadened my practice through Family Constellations, received initiation into Kriya Yoga, and completed Kundalini Activation training in Barcelona. Step by step, a whole new world opened up—a path where I finally felt deeply at home in my body and mind.

Phase 3: Sound, Mind-Body Science & Mastery

As my awakening deepened, I expanded into subtle-energy and neuro-somatic work. I embraced Vipassana silent meditation, studied Tibetan Buddhism, and had the profound honor of meeting His Holiness the Dalai Lama.

To bridge the mystical with the grounded, I completed six months of intensive Inner Dance training, diving into the science of frequency—learning precisely how sound, brainwaves, and bodily nervous systems interact to facilitate deep healing. Through this evolution, I unlocked Light Language, integrated Sound Bowl Healing, and began offering transformative 1:1 Energy Expansion sessions.

Becoming

Today, I bring these sacred lineages, somatic activations, sound frequencies, and neuro-somatic sciences together into a unified framework. Through 1:1 sessions and group journeys, I hold space for others to quiet the noise, regulate their nervous systems, and expand into their highest truth.
